New Permanent Eyebrows, 1st visit. Choose 3D Hairstrokes or powdered eyebrows to give a fuller more defined shape to your eyebrows. Semi permanent. Last 1-3 years before a color enhancement is needed.

Wholistic Health & Personal Touch Permanent Makeup have ask that you respect their 12 hour cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel please give a 12 hour notice so the provider can attempt to contact another client to take that appointment.
